Anne Rapson

Hailing from Saint John, New Brunswick, Anne is Associate Concertmaster of Symphony Nova Scotia. She has been active in the musical life of Halifax for the past 18 years and has performed on many chamber music series: St. Mary’s Gallery Series, Dalhousie Chamber Series, Scotia Festival Highlight Concerts and St. Cecilia Series. Many of these concerts were broadcast by the CBC. Anne is a member of both the Rhapsody Quartet and the Rhapsody Duo providing music for special occasions.

A staunch advocate of the arts in education, Anne adjudicates at music festivals throughout the Maritimes and teaches violin privately.
