Whether it’s a dance band or a ballroom orchestra you require, Walt Music can meet your needs! Dances (with live music) are becoming increasingly popular at weddings and corporate events, and we can work with you on repertoire - classic tunes from the 50’s and 60’s, top 40, the sound of big band, or Strauss waltzes played by a salon orchestra.

Our dance bands normally start with a four piece combo, and can go right on up to a full symphony orchestra - anything can be put together for your event, including your favorite special songs. Good Celtic bands are also a great source of music for dance events.

We can also provide professional ballroom dancers for demonstration or on-site instruction. And Nova Scotia is also famous for its square and round dance players and callers, for a truly memorable “down home” feel.
